J. Moné's Performing Arts Center
J. Moné’s Performing Arts Center is a community-centered nonprofit organization founded in 2011 by Jennifer Harris and Rico Harris with a vision to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation through the arts. Created to provide youth with access to high-quality creative training and meaningful opportunities, the organization was built on the belief that the arts can transform lives, build confidence, and create future leaders.
Guided by its motto, “Empowering the Community to Serve Humanity,” J. Moné’s Performing Arts Center is committed to nurturing the whole child through artistic development, academic enrichment, and personal growth. The center offers both in-person and online classes, giving students flexible access to engaging, hands-on instruction in vocal training, dance, acting, audio engineering, music production, video editing, content creation, and performance development.
Through summer workshops, after-school programs, and year-round enrichment opportunities, J. Moné’s Performing Arts Center provides a safe and inspiring environment where students can develop creativity, discipline, confidence, and leadership skills. Programs are designed to support scholastic growth, social development, and artistic excellence while encouraging students to discover their voice and unlock their full potential.
Enrollment is open to all students through an application process, and scholarship opportunities are available for qualifying individuals through the organization’s scholarship initiative. By making quality arts education accessible to all, J. Moné’s Performing Arts Center continues to empower young people to grow, create, and lead with purpose.

At J. Moné's Performing Arts Center, we are dedicated to nurturing the artistic talents of young individuals. Our programing is an experience where creativity thrives, and every child is given the opportunity to explore their potential in dance, vocals, musicianship, and theatre and more. We aim to provide a platform for self-expression and personal growth, encouraging our students to embrace their creative abilities and develop a deep appreciation for the performing arts.
Our programming also includes a well-rounded developmental curriculum that includes student mindfulness and character building lessons. We will work closely with each child to unlock their full creative and interpersonal potential. Greatness Starts Now!
The mission of J. Moné’s Performing Arts Center is to develop and instruct aspiring artists and children ages 5-18 in the areas of dance, vocals, musicianship, theatre, and more. We will provide a platform for healthy peer interaction, while nurturing creative talents.
